Our Story

With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Matthew Nobile Reale founded MN Reale Inc. in 2008 from the ground up.

Within the past 15 years MN Reale Inc. has established a reputation for delivering a high-quality product with a strong attention to detail in order to ensure a rewarding client experience.

Matthews family has been a part of the building and remodeling industry starting just after WW2. His grandfather, George Nobile was a builder in Branford for more than 40 years. As a teenager, Matt started working for Bruce Pantani and Sons Builders. Where under Bruce’s son, Dennis, he began to understand the value of what it meant to be a carpenter and a craftsman.

Prior to working full time with Pantani & Sons Builders, his admiration of historic structures led him to study historic preservation in the school of architecture at Roger Williams University in Rhode Island. His appreciation for the craftsmanship and level of detail that went into these structures, is what helped to define many of the core values that are a part of MN Reales philosophy today.

Matt and his team continually hone their skills and broaden their knowledge of the newest products and systems. This continual quest for quality is what makes MN Reale Inc. a leading contractor on the Connecticut shoreline.

In 2015, Matt was selected by REMODELING magazine as one of 50 owners nationally to receive the prestigious Big50 Award. Big50 remodelers are selected for running successful companies that have taken the lead in raising industry standards. He was also listed in Professional Remodeler magazines 40 Under 40 Class of 2015 in July 2015.

Our services include complete residential remodeling and additions, full service design / build, and handyman services through our Small Jobs division.
